This delicious recipe to use previously cooked chicken was given to me by Mark's mother, Bunny!! Adding broccoli makes a whole meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 - 3 Cups of cooked chicken (leftover) cut into bite size pieces
  • Stuffing mix
  • 1 can of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can of milk
  • 1/4 - 1/2 c.sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Placed cooked chicken in bottom of pyrex dish. (cut into bite size pieces). Prepare stuffing mix & cover chicken. Mix 1 can of mushroom soup with ½ can of milk and sour cream if desired. Pour over chicken and stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add cooked broccoli to mixture, if desired.
