Ingredients
- 1 lb liverwurst or brauschweiger
- 1/2 jar horseradish
- Juice of a finely grated onion
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of garlic salt
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Mix liverwurst (at room temperature) with other ingredients. Roll into a ball and chill. Roll in nuts after chilled. Let sit out at least ½ hour before serving. (its best to make early so the flavor blends through). (Cannot be frozen and will not keep more than a couple days). Serve with crackers or French Bread slices.
