Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 large cans of sweet potatoes - drained and mashed
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 stick melted butter

Step 1
Combine the sugar, eggs, milk, butter, vanilla, coconut and add to the potatoes. Crumble topping on top of potato mixture and bake uncovered at 350 for 40-60 mins.
