- 1 cup Father's brand Poultry Seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
1. Clean and tenderize chicken breasts.
2. Set smoker to 200 degrees and keep an even heat, no higher than 220.
3. Season chicken on both sides with Father's Poultry Seasoning.
4. Smoke chicken for 12-15 minutes. Place in oven for 3-4 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
