Ingredients

  • 1 jar marinated artichoke herts, drained and chopped
  • 1/3 cup chopped salami
  • 1/3 cup chopped bellpepper
  • 1/2 cup pitted, sliced ripe olives
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1/4 cup chopped jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 packages refrigerated dinner rolls

Preparation

Step 1

Place artichokes, salami, peppers, olives, garlic and jalapenos in a bowl. Mix well.

Melt butter in a small bowl. Place grated parmesan in a bowl. Separate dinner rolls and cut in quarters. Dip in butter , then in parmesan. Arrange in single layer on bottom of pan. Cover with 1/2 cup salami mixture. Repeat for second layer. Arrange remaining rolls on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake 27-30 minutes until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Loosen edges and invert on a plate.
