Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Rosamarine Pasta
  • 6 Cups Water, Broth, Soup, Base or Boullion
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Medium Onion, Minced
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter*
  • 2/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Step 1

Cook pasta in water or broth according to package directions. Melt the butter in heavy Dutch Oven on medium heat. Stir in onion and mushrooms and cook slowly for 8 minutes or until soft, but not browned. Add rosamarine and additional vegetables to heat through. Before serving, stir in butter and parmesan cheese. Serve hot. Sprinkle with additional parmesan, if desired. For a vegetable you may add; 1 Cup Chopped, Cooked Mushrooms, Peas, Grated Carrots, Chicken or Meat, Shrimp, Etc.
