CAKE: Mix all dry ingredients, add Wesson Oil, milk, eggs and vanilla. Beat well, add HOT water and mix well, it will be a really thin batter, don't worry. Bake in a 14x16 inch greased and floured pan in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 - 45 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. FROSTING: Mix all ingredient together until really creamy. Spread on cake, ENJOY!!! I sometimes use a 9x13 pan and it works well also.
