Ingredients

  • 2 lbs sausage (prepared)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg (32oz) frozen hash browns, thawed
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut sausage into cubes.

2. In a skillet, lightly brown cubes of sausage with chopped onions and garlic until onions are al dente. Add soup, potatoes and seasonings. Mix well. Add the shredded cheese and simmer until melted and mixed well.

3. Pour into a grease 13x9" baking dish. Layer the top of the casserole with prepared sausage. Bake at 350F for 45 mins. Serve hot.
