- 1 cup Bisquick, 1 pound ground beef, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoon Bisquick, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup chopped onions, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1 tablespoon Worchestershire, 1 cup chedder cheese.
Stir 1 cup Bisquick and milk to a soft dough, smooth into a ball on floured board, kneed a few times. Roll dough 2 inches larger than an inverted 9 inch pie pan. Ease into pie pan, fork the edges. Cook ground beef and onions until meat is brown and onions are tender. Stir in salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons bisquick and worchestershire sauce. Spoon into crust. Beat eggs slightly and mix in cheese, pour over meat mixture. Cover edge of crust with 2-3 inch strip of alum. foil to prevent excess browning. Remove the foil the last 5 minutes of baking. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
