Ingredients

  • 2 Bunches Fresh Broccoli
  • 1 lb Fresh Mushrooms
  • 3/4 Cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 stick butter
  • Oregano and salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Steam Broccoli to bright green and crispy. Saute mushrooms until tender. Saute garlic one minute and remove from heat. Add bread crumbs and brown mixture over medium heat. Add cheese, oregano and salt. Butter casserole, add broccoli and mushrooms and top with toasted mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
