Red pepper, lentil and sausage soup

Ingredients
- Butterball italian turkey sausage, 32 oz
- Onions, raw, 1 large chopped
- Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large chopped
- Carrots, raw, 2 large chopped
- Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 12 cups
- Fire Roasted Red Peppers, 2.5 cups diced
- Garlic, 2 cloves
- Lentils, 2 cups cooked
- Basil, 2 tbsp
- Oregano, ground, 2 tsp
- Parsley, 1 tbsp
- Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp
- black pepper, 1 tsp
- crushed red pepper flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage and drain off any excess fat. Add celery, garlic, onions and carrots to pot, and cook untio tender. Add broth,roasted red peppers and rest of herbs and seasoning to soup, Cook until warm.
