Ingredients
- 1 cup Hellman's light mayonnaise
- 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
- 8 oz feta cheese, (low salt if possible)
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- (1 clove garlic, optional)

Step 1
(1 serving = 1 rounded tablespoon)
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
(This recipe will make one quart of dressing and will last in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 weeks.)
(The garlic flavor is delicious, but it gets stronger and stronger over time - so if you want to avoid bad breath, leave it out!)
