- can of bing cherries drained
- 1 tablespoon of kirsch
- 2 tablespoons of raspberry jelly
- ½ cup of whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- ice cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix cherries and sugar in a casserole and cook over high heat for 4-5 minutes.
2. Incorporate kirsch and set aside.
3. Put a ball of ice cream in a serving plate and pour 2 tablespoons of pureed cherries over each.
4. Garnish with whipped cream.
5. Melt the raspberry jelly and pour a little over the complete dessert.
6. Serve with ladyfingers.
