Ingredients
- Options of adding for additional taste:
- 1 lbs. Frozen hashbrowns
- 1/2 C Diced onions
- 1 C Cream of chicken soup
- 1 C Sour Cream
- 1 Stick melted butter
- 8 oz. Chedder cheese, grated
- 2 C Cornflakes crushed
- Salt & pepper to tast
- Onion powder, garlic powder, white pepper

Step 1
Mix all ingredients & add to potatoes. Put crushed up cornflakes into a sealed bag with melted butter and mix up then place on top of dish. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake @ 375 degrees for 1hr. Can be made ahead & refrigerated.
