Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup cooked diced chicken
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup frozen peas

Step 1
Make a white sauce with the butter, flour and milk. Add any additional seasonings you may want such as sage or thyme or as pinch of celery salt. Add chicken and peas.
Serve on biscuits, buttered toast or baked potatoes.
