Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets (1 lb./450 g)
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Tex Mex Light Shredded Cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2-2/3 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice
  • 1 lime, quartered

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT oven to 450ºF.

PLACE fish in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with chili powder. Top with tomatoes, onions, garlic and peppers; drizzle with dressing.

BAKE 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, topping with cheese for the last 5 min.

SPRINKLE with cilantro. Serve with rice and limes.
