Ingredients
- • 300 g frozen berries
- or
- • bought and frozen rasberries,blueberries or strawberries
- •)
- • 75 ml (1/3 cup or more of fruit sugar)
- • 5 ml (1 c. à tsp) lemon juice
- • 2 egg whites

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, mix frozen berries, sugar and lemon juice and pulse.
With the machine on, add whites.
When the preparation is really mousse, test the sugar and adjust accordingly.
Pour in a pan that is closeable and freese.
Can be serve with a vanilla sauce and tuiles cookies.
