  • 6 squares semisweet chocolate (broken)
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • ¾ cup of milk
  • whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine chocolate pieces, sugar, salt, egg and vanilla in a blender.
2. Heat milk until scalded over low heat and pour into the blender.
3. Over and blend on high speed for a minute or until chocolate melts.
4. Pour into six small serving dishes and chill 3 hours or until firm.
5. Can be served with whipped cream.
