- 1 c cider vinegar
- 1/2 c canola oil
- 5 t Worcestershire sauce
- 4 t hot pepper sauce
- 2 t salt
- 10 bone in chicken breast halves (10 oz ea)

Step 1
In a small bowl, combine first five ingredients; mix well. Pour 1 c marinade into a resealable plastic bag; add the chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Cover and refrigerate the remaining marinade for basting.
Coat grill rack with Pam before starting the grill. Drain and discard marinade from chicken. Grill bone side down, covered, over indirect med h eat for 20 min. Turn grill 20-30 min longer or until juices run clear, basting with reserved marinade.
