Texas Sheet Cake

**to make 1 cup of Sour milk add 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice mixed with enough milk to make 1 cup: Let stand 5 minutes to thicken

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 stick Oleo
• 1 cup water
• 3 TBSP cocoa
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup sour or butter milk
• 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

mix flour and sugar in a bowl, boil oleo, water, cocoa & oil in sauce pan. Pour this over the flour/sugar mixture in bowl then add soda, vanilla, sour/butter milk & eggs.
Mix well & pour into a 1/2" 10 x 15 pan.
Bake at 400 for 25 mins
