Ingredients

  • 3 * 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 * 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1/3 to 1/2 * 1/3 to 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 * 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1-1/2 * 1-1/2 teaspoons seafood seasoning
  • 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • * Dash pepper

Step 1

* In a bowl, combine cabbage and carrots. In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, seafood seasoning, salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Yield: 4-6 servings.
