Ingredients

4 Chicken Breasts,
Boneless & Skinless
Salt & Ground Pepper
to taste
1/2 Pesto
1/2 C Mozzarella
Cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Bake 375º 20-25 Minutes
Preheat oven.
Spray a 9" X 13" pan with cooking
spray. Season chicken with salt
& pepper. Spread 1/4 cup of pesto
in the pan in an even layer.
Add chicken and spread remaining
pesto on top. Cover with foil
and bake until cooked through.
Uncover add cheese, bake until
cheese is melted, 5 more minutes.
