Ingredients

  • ½ cup of butter
  • dash of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon of parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 salmon steaks
  • olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. With butter at room temperature, use a fork to blend in the lemon juice, chives, parsley, salt and pepper.
2. Using wax paper, form butter mixture and refrigerate.
3. Have salmon steaks at room temperature and brush with oil.
4. Grill over medium or hot coals for 5-6 minutes on each side.
5. Place a pat of chives butter before serving.
