Ingredients
- 1/4 Onion; chopped
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 can (15 ounces) Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 cup Rice
- 1 can (5 ounces) Chicken or Turkey

Preparation
Step 1
Cook chopped onion and butter until tender.
In 1 1/2 quart casserole dish mix onion, chicken broth, boned chicken or turkey, shredded processed cheese and uncooked rice.
Cover, bake at 375 for 1 hour
