Ingredients
- 2 bunches of spinach ( washed thouroughly and torn to bite size)
- 2 tsps. sugar
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 hard cooked eggs
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- garlic salt
- salt and pepper
- 2 green onions slices

Step 1
Fry bacon, save the drippins; crumble bacon and add to the greens, onions and chopped eggs. Combine approx. 1/2 cup bacon drippings with vinegar and remaining ingredients, bring to boil and pour over greens
