Ingredients
- 1 Cup Very Ripe Bananas,
- mashed (about 3 small)
- 1 C Splenda
- 1/2 C Plain fat-free Yogurt
- 1/2 C Unsweetened
- Applesauce
- 1 Egg
- 1 Egg White
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 C White Flour
- 1 C Whole Wheat
- Pastry Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 C Chopped Walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Bake 350º 55-65 minutes. Loaf pan.
Preheat oven.
FIRST:
In separate bowl, combine flours,
baking powder, baking soda and salt;
set aside.
NEXT:
In a large mixer bowl beat the bananas,
Splenda, yogurt, applesauce, egg, egg white
and vanilla on medium speed until well blended.
Add combined flour mixture MIXING JUST UNTIL
ALL INGREDIENTS ARE MOISTENED. Stir in
walnuts. Pour into greased & floured pan.
Bake until toothpick comes out clean.
NOTE: I baked this for 60 minutes.**
TIP: This recipe can be doubled to make
2 loaves.
