Ingredients
- 2 cups orange juice
- 2 tablespoons grated orange zest
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound beef flank steak, trimmed

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients (orange juice through black pepper); add the steak and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes or for up to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Preheat indoor or outdoor grill. Remove steak from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill steak for 5 minutes per side or until it reaches desired level of doneness, basting twice with the marinade while grilling. Discard remaining marinade. Transfer steak to a cutting board and allow it to rest for 15 minutes then thinly slice across the grain (diagonally).
SERVING SUGGESTION: Baked russet potatoes (nuke in microwave to keep your kitchen cool); add a big salad tossed with Easy Balsamic Vinaigrette (see recipe).
GLUTEN FREE: Make sure vinegar and mustard are gluten free.
