Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 c freshly chopped parsley
- 1 lb ground beef
- salt/pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 29 oz whole tomatoes
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1 c water

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil and slowly saute onions till translucent. Add the garlic and parsley and cook for about a minute more. Add the ground beef and seasonings and brown, stirring often. Add tomatoes, paste and water. Simmer slowly uncovered for approximately 2 hours, stirring often.
Serve over al dente spaghettini.
