Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 lb Chicken strips
- Flour
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
- 1 Spanish onion sliced into rings
- 3 Peppers of different colors slice into strips
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 cup Sweet and Sour duck sauce
- 1/2 cup Hot and spicy duck sauce
- 1/2 cup Barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare shallow dishes with flour, eggs and panko.
Dredge the chicken in the flour, then dip into egg and coat with pankol
Fry for 3 minutes on each side.
Drain on paper towels and then transfer to a 9x13.
Saute onions over high heat for 6 minutes until translucent.
Add peppers and continue to saute over high heat, so the peppers don't wilt, for approximately 10 minutes.
Mix together the sauce ingredients.
Pour over sauteed vegetables and bring to a boil.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Cover pan and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
