• 6 * 6 cups fresh ripe strawberries, hulled
• 1 * 1 cup sugar
• 1 * 1 lemon, juiced
• * Pinch of salt
• 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon your favourite hot sauce

Directions

1. Puree berries with sugar with a blender, food processor or immersion blender. Add the lemon juice, salt and hot sauce and puree until very smooth.
2. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's directions.
