A hearty casserole to satisfy a hungry crowd. Can you resist this saucy beef casserole topped with mashed potatoes. The peas and tomatoes add color and make a helping or two a complete meal.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onions, chopped
- 2 (14 oz.) cans tomatoes, diced, undrained
- 3 cups frozen peas
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
- 2 teaspoons dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 cups mashed potato, hot
- 2 egg

Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan over medium heat, brown the beef and onion.
1. Drain.
2. Add the next nine ingredients.
3. Mix well.
4. Bring to a boil.
5. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
6. Pour into an ungreased shallow 3-qt. baking dish.
7. Combine potatoes and eggs; mix well.
8. Drop by ½ cupfuls onto beef mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly an potatoes are lightly browned.
