  • 8 hot dog buns, toasted
  • 8 slice(s) applewood-smoked bacon, cooked, crisp

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk mayonnaise with shallot, capers, pickle, and toasted caraway seeds.

Put cooked hot dogs in buns; top with bacon and tomatoes. Toss lettuce and basil with some of caraway remoulade. Top dogs with slaw. Serve any remaining remoulade on side.
