Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Cooking spray
- 5 cups (about 1 pound) quartered mushrooms
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 10 garlic cloves -- chopped
- 1/2 cup no-salt-added beef broth
- Dash black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat until hot. Add the mushrooms, crushed red pepper, salt, and garlic to skillet, and saute for 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Add broth and black pepper, and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and sprinkle with parsley.
