- 8 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 8 oz. cooked shrimp
- 2 2 (about 2 medium) chopped mango
- 1 1 (about 1 small) cubed avocado
- Dressing
- 1/3 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 packet no-calorie sweetener (like Truvia)
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
