Ingredients
- 3 medium onions (diced)
- 2 medium carrots (diced)
- 2 stalks celery (diced)
- salt & pepper to taste
- 50 ml. canned tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 litre chicken stock
- 200 ml. canned tomatoes (chopped)
- (repeated from above not sure what the correct vegetable is??)
- 100 ml. green peas (cooked)

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions, carrots and celery in melted butter until almost tender. Add hot chicken stock and bring to boil. Add tomatoes and juice. Simmer soup until vegetables are tender. Add cooked pease and season to taste.
** add juice, so assuming the second canned tomatoes, should be tomato juice - will check other recipes.
