Vietnamese Chicken Skewers

  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 4 tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 6 green onions, finely sliced and smashed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • chicken tenders
  • vegetable oil



Step 1

Combine all marinade ingredients, except vegetable oil. Add chicken tenders, toss the chicken, pour vegetable oil on top. Marinade over night, or preferably 2 days. Skewer the chicken and grill.
