Gazpacho Soup

A great tasting Gazpacho Soup that comes together quickly and is sure to have everyone around the table smiling. Enjoy!

Ingredients

• 1 cucumber
• 1 tin tomatoes
• 2 tins tomato puree
• 1 tablespoon oil
• Garlic salt
• Sugar
• Black pepper
• Salt
• 1 beef stock in 2 cups boiling water
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• Chill-chop onion tomato green pepper cucumber
• 1/2 cup vinegar
• 2 tablespoons papaya (blend)
• 2 teaspoon mustard
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• 1 teaspoon salt
