Ingredients

  • 4 big sweet potatoes
  • Boil
  • Skin
  • Mash while hot
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 1/3 stick margarine
  • 2 t sugar
  • Mash and put in buttered casserole(over for topping)
  • 1/3 c coconut
  • 2 t margarine
  • 1/3 c brown sugar
  • 2 t flour

Chopped pecans to taste mix and spread on potatoes. Bake @ 350 degrees for 20 min.
