Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can black beans,rinsed well
- 2 Tbs ground flax seeds
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 cups pitted dates
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup walnuts,optional
Preparation
Step 1
Process first 6 ingred,add dates one at a time. Add flour until blended. Stir in nuts by hand. Put in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 20-25 min.
