Swedish Christmas Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c softened butter
• 2 t baking powder
• 2 c sugar
• 1/4 c light cream
• Or 1/2 to 1/2
• 2 eggs
• 1 t vanilla
• 3 3/4 c flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix last 3 ingredients set aside cream butter to 1 c of sugar, add eggs and beat till fluffy. Beat in other c of sugar, keep beating and add vanilla. Mix dry mixture well with wet chill serve atleast 1 hour. Cut thinly on floured board brush with egg whites and powder sugar 350 degree serve 8-10 min
