Fudge Brownie Mix
1 pt ice cream
4 egg whites
1/2 c sugar

Step 1

Prepare the brownie mix. Cut the brownies into 3 inch squares and place on baking sheet. Top each square with a small scoop of ice cream and place in freezer for about an hour. Heat the oven to 500 degrees.

Beat the egg whites until foamy and beat in sugar one T at a time. Beat till stiff and glossy. Cover brownies and ice cream with meringue making sure to seal to edge. Bake for 3-4 minutes, just till meringue is light brown.
