Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
- 1 - 2 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding mix
- 2 1.4 cups milk
- Sherry or Rum
- 1/2 pt. fruit jelly or jam
- 1 tub frozen whip cream
- strawberries and sliced kiwi

Preparation
Step 1
Make the cake a day ahead and allow to dry out.
Add 2 1/4 cups milk to the pudding mix and mix in tub of whipped cream
Layer cake into a bowl. Sprinkle with sherry or rum.
Spread on a layer of jam/jelly.
Contine these layers, ending with custard.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator to mellow.
