Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh mint
- 4 t fine sugar
- 4 t water
- 8 0z Tennessee whiskey

Step 1
Reserve four springs of mint for garnish. Fill three ice cube trays with remaining mint leaves, 2 leaves per compartment. Top leaves with water and freeze. In each of 4 10oz glasses put 1 t sugar and 1 t water, stir until sugar is dissolves. Crush mint ice by putting inside a clean kitchen towel and pounding with a hammer. Divide the ice among the glasses. Pour 2 oz of whiskey into each glass. Stir and serve garnished with reserved mint.
