Ingredients

  • 1 to 1.5 Lb shell on large shrimp
  • .5 C fresh lemon juice
  • .5 C EVOO
  • 2 T minced garlic
  • 1 T chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 T chopped fresh thyme
  • S & P

Preparation

Step 1

Devein shrimp but leave shell on
In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients except shrimp
Place shrimp in a zip top bag and pour all but 6 T marinade over shrimp. Mix well, seal the bag and allow to rest in fridge for one hour.

Remove shrimp from marinade, shaking off excess and skewer.

Heat Grill to high, clean and oil grill. Cook on high until opaque about 3 minutes per side. Serve by drizzling the remaining marinade over shrimp.
