Bailey's Coffee and Donut Milkshake

By

This dessert is a lot to take in, so let us break it down for you. First we've got a coffee milkshake whipped up with Baileys, hot fudge and dulce de leche. And as if that wasn't enough, there's also a glazed donut ice-cream sandwich on top...with more hot fudge and dulce de leche. Have mercy.

Preparation

Step 1

Have a large glass at the ready (preferably frozen). Use the back of a tablespoon to make 3 stripes of dulce de leche on the inside of the glass. Do the same with the hot fudge sauce.

2. Place the sprinkles in a small dish. Smear a little hot fudge sauce around the rim of the glass, then dip it in the sprinkles.

3. In a blender, combine 1½ cups of the coffee ice cream with the vanilla ice cream, milk and Baileys until smooth.

4. Tear up 4 of the donut holes and add to the blender. Pulse a few times until they are incorporated but not totally pureed.

5. Pour the mixture into the prepared glass. Top with the whipped topping. Scoop the remaining ½ cup coffee ice cream onto one half of the donut, and top it with the other half, and place the donut ice cream sandwich on top.

6. Finish by placing a donut hole on top, and garnishing with another drizzle of dulce de leche and hot fudge. Serve immediately.
