Ingredients

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 cube Butter
  • 6 Tablespoons Cocoa
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 8 tablespoons Milk
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter -- Chunky
  • 3 cups Powdered Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cake:
Grease an 11X17" cookie sheet. Put 2 cups flour and 2 cups sugar into a mixing bowl. Mix in a sauce pan 1 stick butter, 3 Tbls Cocoa, 1 cup water and 1/2 cup oil. Bring to a boil, add to dry ingredients and mix together with 1/2 cup buttermilk, 1 tsp. baking soda, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour into cookie sheet and bake about 20 min. at 400'

Frosting:
Put into a sauce pan: 1 stick butter, 3 tbls cocoa, 8 tbls chunky peanut butter. Heat to boiling stirring. Remove from stove, add 3 cups Powdered Sugar. Beat until smooth, add 1 tbls Vanilla. Pour over cake while cake is still somewhat warm.
