Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken -- cut up
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Seasoned Salt
- 2 Eggs
- oil

Preparation
Step 1
Rinse off chicken pieces and dry on Paper towels. Put flour and seasoned salt in plastic bag, mix. bat eggs in bowl. Dip chicken pieces in egg then in flour then put in frying pan with heated oil. When browned on all sides pt in 35' oven for 30 min. on cookie sheet with a wire rack.
