Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs steak strips
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 8 oz. can drained tomatoes
- 1 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 tbsp. beef gravy base (OXO)
- garlic salt

Preparation
Step 1
Brown steak with flour, salt and pepper in 1/4 cup oil.
Add remaining ingredients (except tomatoes). Cook and simmer 1.25 hours. Stir in 1 1/2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce. Cut 2 green pepper in strips and add. Simmer 5 minutes and add drained tomatoes.
