- 8-12 chicken pieces
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- 1/4 cup liquid honey
- 3/4 cup ketchup

Step 1
1) Marinate chicken in the mixed liquids. Bake at 350 for 3/4 hour, covered with foil. Uncover and bake 3/4 hour longer. Double the amount of sauce will marinate triple amount of chicken. The sauce is good with pork chops or veal too.
