Ingredients

  • 3 cups of water
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 3 salmon steaks
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 4 tomatoes diced
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 4 lemon slices

Preparation

Step 1

1. Boil over medium heat salmons in water with salt, pepper and lemon juice for 8 minutes.
2. Drain, and heat olive oil and add tomatoes, garlic and parsley.
3. Cook an extra 2-3 minutes.
4. Work salmon in pieces and return to pan for 1-2 minutes.
5. Divide in four serving, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grill 2-3 minutes.
6. Service with lemon slices.
